BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing is now one month into its 21st series and the competition is heating up - so much so that Head Judge Shirley Ballas referred to last night's Saturday Night show as one of the strongest Week 4s she can remember. She wasn't wrong, for we saw some truly remarkable, intricate dancing, as well as some thoroughly entertaining performances - along with plenty of the one thing the judges have been asking for: Improvement.

Alex Kingston topped the Leaderboard with a powerful Rumba that scored the first 10 of the series from Shirley (second overall after Motsi gave Lewis' Paso Doble one last week) while Lewis danced a delightful Foxtrot that earned praise from the judges and Amber Davies scored highly for the first Argentine Tango of the series. It was Ellie who closed the show with an uplifting, powerhouse Couples Choice routine that earned a standing ovation from the judges.

Naturally, after such a strong night fans are curious to know who ends up in the Dance-Off, and which couple will be eliminated from the competition. If you'd like to know when to find that out, here's when you can tune into the Results Show and what to expect from it.

Strictly Week 4 Results Show start time

The Week 4 Results Show of Strictly Come Dancing will air on BBC One on Sunday, October 19 2025, at 7:15 pm BST. While the Saturday night show often starts at different times depending on how many couples are left in the competition, the Sunday night Results Show almost always airs at the same time on a weekly basis (there can be a five minute difference at the start or the end on occasion but it mostly stays the same, making it one of the most reliable broadcasts on TV each week).

It will run for 45 minutes, wrapping up at 8:00 p.m. BST. While the Saturday night show is live and thus the extended runtime factors into that, the Sunday Night Results Show is taped in advance and edited together, which allows it to be condensed into a tight 45-minute runtime.

The Results Show has undergone a number of significant changes this year - most of which were met with an extremely negative reception from the audience. From the replacement of the iconic results music and the two recaps at the start of the episode to the long and drawn out revealing of the results themselves (which sees both Dance-Off couples revealed at the same time towards the end of the show) and the lack of an interview with Claudia for the last two safe couples to be revealed, fans are not fussed on the new format at all.

But hey, Strictly fans will be watching nonetheless!

What to expect from Strictly's Results Show tonight

This week's Results Show will feature a performance from Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock as well as a Tango-inspired group dance from the pros. The new format makes it hard to predict when exactly either one of those performances will take place within the show, but they'll be there to entertain us nonetheless. And we can't wait!

There will also be some revelations about this coming week's Icons Week. Fans were surprised to learn that the newer theme week was returning this year (especially after the mixed response it received last year) because it was originally thought that the show's annual Halloween Week would be next week (considering the Saturday after that is one day after Halloween). While it's unclear when - or if - Halloween Week is happening for the time being, the Results Show will undoubtedly feature some of the songs, dances, and / or icons that will inspire next week's routines.

And we can't forget about the main event of it all: The Dance-Off. Based on last night's Leaderboard (and the two ties that feature in it), anyone from the middle down is in danger of having to dance again in the bottom two. Even though La Voix is at the bottom of the Leaderboard, there is still a pretty strong chance that she might escape due to the public outrage over her unnecessarily low score. If that's the case, contestants such as Chris, Harry, Vicky, Karen, Balvinder, and Stefan could find themselves there instead. Heck, at least one of them still might.

It's going to be a tense Results Show - that's for sure!
