It's Tuesday again, and for millions of TV fans, that typically means a night of new episodes, which of course includes ABC's hit comedy-drama procedural High Potential. But don't get too excited to settle in for a new episode tonight or you're going to be disappointed.

Obviously, Tuesday, Feb. 10 seems like it's just a regular day and there should be a new episode of High Potential airing on ABC. However, February 2026 isn't just an ordinary month. The Winter Olympics are currently airing on NBC, and networks are pulling shows to avoid competition with the exciting televised sporting events. Sure, it's no Super Bowl, which displaced a number of Sunday night shows and forced them to drop episodes early, but some of the biggest shows are taking time off.

Throughout each day and night, the coverage of the games attracts a major audience. It's no wonder that the broadcast networks have opted to pull the majority of their shows for as much of February 2026 as possible. High Potential is just one of the many shows making way for the Winter Olympics, an event that only happens every four years. But Morgan Gillory will be back very soon!

After a new episode of Will Trent at 8/7c on Tuesday, Feb. 10, ABC will be airing two episodes of High Potential, but they aren't new. Instead of airing season 2 episode 13, ABC offers a back-to-back rerun of the season's fall finale and winter premiere with episodes 7 and 8, the two-part "The One That Got Away" event. It's the perfect chance to rewatch two excellent episodes.

But when does High Potential season 2 episode 13 premiere on ABC? There's still a bit of a wait to go after Feb. 10's double dose of reruns. Morgan and the team return on Tuesday, March 3 at 9/8c with the next new episode. The episode kicks off the season's last stretch of six episodes, which are currently expected to air uninterrupted through the season finale with episode 18.

High Potential's return on March 3 leads directly into the premiere of ABC's new procedural comedy-drama RJ Decker, which stars Grey's Anatomy favorite Scott Speedman. But that's not the only exciting part of the show's return. Before bowing out for the Olympics, ABC's biggest show continued to show its strengths by giving Morgan a new layer of depth and developing its supporting cast.

In season 2 episode 12, "The Faust and the Furious," Morgan and Karadec investigate the death of a longevity research company's boss and wind up locked in the same room where he died. Overcome with fear that they will succumb to the same vapors that forced the victim to take his own life, Morgan experiences an all-consuming panic attack. It's the first time in the series that we have seen her lose her cool in this way, and the event brings her closer to Karadec after he calms her down.

Obviously, the Morgan and Karadec shippers took that piece of development and ran with it, even though Karadec has recently reconnected with Lucia, the woman he was previously set to marry. The episode also gave the audience unseen insight into Oz's home life as he fights to get his father a proper gravestone and organizes a memorial with his whole team by his side for support.

Ahead of High Potential season 2's return on March 3, 2026, ABC hasn't revealed official details about episode 13, but as the teaser trailer reveals, Morgan and Karadec will be investigating a murder that's staged as a carjacking in a luxury car dealership. Check out the preview below!
