Netflix is about to become home to one of the biggest medical dramas in television history! All 15 seasons of ER will soon be coming to Netflix, giving fans the chance to binge the historic medical drama that changed the face of television and turned George Clooney, Julianna Margulies, and Noah Wyle into household names.

As first reported by What’s On Netflix, NBC’s hit medical drama will arrive on Netflix on Tuesday, February 10, with all 331 episodes of the series becoming available to stream as part of the Netflix library. It’s exciting news for fans looking to watch the series for the first time or simply looking to revisit the iconic medical drama; however, there is a major catch when it comes to the release plans.

While Netflix is adding ER in February, the series will only be available in international markets, meaning Netflix subscribers in the U.S. will not be able to stream the series on Netflix stateside.

Of course, with Netflix looking to purchase Warner Bros. and ER being produced in association with Warner Bros. Television, there is a chance that the deal could pave the way for ER to release in the U.S. as well. However, there’s no telling when, or if, that deal will be finalized, and therefore it remains unclear whether Netflix will be able to work out a deal to add ER in the U.S. market.

So just where exactly will ER be available to stream via Netflix beginning in February? According to the initial report from What’s On Netflix, all 15 seasons of ER will be releasing in the following regions on February 10:

  • Australia
  • Belgium
  • Canada
  • France
  • Italy
  • Latin America (including Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico)
  • United Kingdom
  • Select additional European territories

As for the U.S. fans looking to revisit the series, which has been drawing a lot of attention thanks to Wyle’s return to the medical genre via HBO Max’s The Pitt, there are a few options for you to choose from.

Although ER is not going to be available to stream on Netflix in the U.S., fans can watch all 15 seasons of the series on both HBO Max and Disney+ which share the streaming rights for the series stateside. Via both platforms, viewers can watch all 15 seasons of the show, which features an all-star cast and is full of fun guest appearances from many young stars ahead of their big breaks.

When it comes to medical dramas, ER is one of the best medical shows to ever grace the screen. With 15 seasons, it’s the perfect binge-watch for fans of medical dramas such as The Pitt and you’re surely going to fall in love with Wyle’s character, Dr. John Carter!
