Is anyone leaving Chicago Med after season 10?
Unfortunately, Chicago Med season 11 will be facing a rather unexpected cast exit, but there aren't nearly as many exits as Chicago Fire will be facing in season 14. Only one major character will be leaving the show after season 10: Maggie Lockwood. Yes, one of the three last remaining characters that have been with the show since its first season.
For the first time in 10 years, Maggie won't be featured as a series regular character or expected to appear at all in season 11. Marlyne Bartlett's exit was announced in late August and was revealed to be due to personal reasons. Reports suggest that her exit could be temporary and has the option to return to the series, but there's no word on when or if she will be back.
Who will be in the Chicago Med season 10 cast?
Chicago Med season 11 stars S. Epatha Merkerson (Sharon Goodwin), Oliver Platt (Dr. Daniel Charles), Steven Weber (Dr. Dean Archer), Jessy Schram (Dr. Hannah Asher), Luke Mitchell (Dr. Mitch Ripley), Sarah Ramos (Dr. Caitlin Lenox), and Darren Barnet (Dr. John Frost). The new season will also welcome back original series star Nick Gehlfuss as Dr. Will Halstead for the first time since his departure from the series in season 8. He will appear in season 11 in a guest star role.

How did Chicago Med season 10 end?
The biggest revelation that was dropped at the end of Chicago Med season 10 was Dr. Asher's pregnancy, which prevented her from becoming a surrogate for her older sister. Asher's pregnancy came as a shock to even her, and in the final moments of the season, we're expecting her to drop by Ripley's house to share the news, since he's most likely to be the father. However, Asher arrives on Archer's doorstep with something to tell him, suggesting that he's the father of her baby.
Additionally, season 10 also ended with Charles reaching out to Sarah Reese (Rachel DiPillo) for advice after his daughter's suicide attempt and Goodwin being forced to fire Washington due to budget cuts. Unfortunately, the firing ends their relationship. Not to mention, Lenox received the results of her GSS disease test, and while she tells her brother and Archer that she tested negative, she actually tested positive and possibly faces the same tragic fate as her mother.
Finally, season 10 also teased a potential new romantic interest for Ripley as Sadie, the woman he saved from being trapped in the well with her daughter, knocks on his door. There are obvious sparks between the two as they reunite and act on their apparent crush. But how will Ripley react when the news of Asher's pregnancy gets out. Is he really not the father? If he's not, does that fact hurt him? There are still lots of questions to be answered, including how Maggie will be written out.
