Bachelor in Paradise season 10 was on twice this week (perfect for binging) on ABC, and episode 3 was the perfect follow-up to the drama of episode 2

We’re back in Costa Rica for another day in Paradise! This two-episode-per-week format really helps us get to know the contestants a bit more, now that we don’t have to wait an entire week between episodes.

Speaking of contestants, episode 3 had a very exciting moment when the Goldens finally arrived on the beach.

Let’s get to the best and worst moments of Bachelor in Paradise episode 3!

Worst moment: Jeremy's fit

Oh, Jeremy, I do like you! But this episode was a low point.

The famous Andrew Spencer arrives on the beach and asks Bailey on a date, which leads to a confrontation between Bailey and Jeremy. As we all recall, Bailey was extremely understanding with Jeremy in episode 2 when he asked to go on a date. Like, so understanding! She basically said, “If you choose me, you choose me. Go have fun!”

You’d think Jeremy would show her the same courtesy the next day. Think again!

Not only is he not okay with it, but he really overreacts when Bailey asks him. He then proceeds to demand that a producer call Susie. This was at least good for a laugh! He Facetimes her, but she regrettably says she is not coming back.

Some of his frustration is understandable, since Bailey did say she was only interested in him. But this is Paradise, where things change and the tide brings in new contestants every day! In any case, the fit proves pointless as Bailey decides she is not interested in Andrew. She returns to Jeremy, and they make up and make out.

Best moment: Two truths and a lie

In a world such as Bachelor in Paradise, much of the conversation focuses on who likes who, who is offended, and the overall overanalyzing of relationships. That being the case, it is very refreshing when we are shown more playful types of conversation.

The new Golden arrivals sit down for a game of Two Truths and a Lie, and it is joyous! The most notable takeaway from this game is that Leslie has clearly led an incredible life so far– she tells us three things (all three end up being true):

  • Usher fed her a cherry
  • Kenny G asked her on a date
  • Prince wrote a song about her

What?? I can’t believe she’s slumming it in Paradise!

That's it for this week of Bachelor in Paradise! The next episode will be on Monday, July 21! Stay tuned for more news about the new season of the hit ABC series.
