Another week of TV is here, and here's what to watch and skip on broadcast from Monday, June 9 to Sunday, June 15.

It may be summer, but the networks continue to bring fresh content. Once again, it’s mostly FOX and NBC coming in hot with summer programming, but ABC is starting to step up this week, giving us something to watch between Monday, June 9, and Sunday, June 15.

Of course, during the summer, you want to spend time with friends and family. It’s time to get out and enjoy the nice weather, so you want to be mindful of what you’re watching. We’ve got a great list of shows that are going to leave a lot of the weekend open for fun and adventure!

American Ninja Warrior - Season 17

What to watch: American Ninja Warrior

Just starting up its 17th season, American Ninja Warrior has already brought us some great qualifiers. Now it’s time for another round, and this episode brings us a veteran who has been in every single episode of the series to date. You will not want to miss out on another round, as athletes show off their skills and stand up for a chance to move on to the next round.

The two-hour episode will have a bit of a How to Train Your Dragon theme due to the live-action movie coming out at the end of the week. Toothless and Stormfly will join the athletes, but will they be able to hit their buzzer?

American Ninja Warrior airs on Monday at 8/7c on NBC.

What to skip: LEGO Masters

You know, I hate to put shows on the list, but LEGO Masters is going on as a show just to skip live. The great thing about Mondays is that you can record the show and watch it after the two-hour American Ninja Warrior event. Or you can even check out the episode on Hulu the following day. It’s just impossible to watch this and American Ninja Warrior at the same time.

The episode is worth checking out on Hulu, though. It has a Wicked theme, with contestants having to put hidden elements into their builds to impress the judges.

What to watch: The 1% Club

Tuesdays are going to be about FOX this summer, as the new reality programming kicks off now that The Cleaning Lady and Alert have wrapped up their seasons. It all starts with The 1% Club, hosted by Joel McHale.

Joel’s former doorman, David; a married couple, Charles and Reese; and weed whacker impersonator Shana are among the 100 contestants competing in this new series. It’s trivia, but not the way you would expect. Instead, contestants need to work through a series of questions that lead to some entertaining answers.

The 1% Club airs on Tuesday at 8/7c on FOX.

What to watch: The Snake

After that, turn your attention to The Snake. This is another reality series, with contestants going up against each other for money. It seems to be the theme of Tuesday nights right now. The Snake is more of a social survival of the fittest game, though, as challengers will leverage their unique skills and need to rely on the power of persuasion.

With each challenge comes a winner, and that winner is known as The Snake. They gain control over the elimination, and there’s only one of the 15 master manipulators who will be able to make it to the end. Who can they trust?

The Snake airs on Tuesday at 9/8c on FOX.

What to watch: Destination X

Move over to NBC to end Tuesday night for another episode of Destination X. This time, it looks like the contestants are heading to somewhere in England based on that stately home. Of course, as usual, the contestants will need to figure out where the X they are.

The game is heating up now, as alliances are being made. Rick seems to be on the outs, being proven as someone who can’t be trusted. And yet, Ally has been the one manipulating more people and playing the better social game. Who will put their X on the wrong part of the map this time?

Destination X airs on Tuesday at 10/9c on NBC.

What to watch: Sherlock & Daughter

If you’ve been keeping up with Sherlock & Daughter, then you’ll need to tune in to the episode this week. It’s the season 1 finale, and as this show is still on the bubble, it’s important to watch live to encourage The CW to renew it.

Sherlock and Amelia have managed to unmask the Red Thread syndicate, but now they need to confront their enemies at the debutante ball. Secrets are going to be revealed, and the big question for many is whether they can get the kidnapped victims back in time.

Sherlock & Daughter airs on Wednesday at 9/8c on The CW.

9-1-1 -ÒWannabesÓ - Things get messy for the 118 following a massive pipe explosion. Meanwhile, Athena investigates the brutal beating of a man found behind a grocery store, and BobbyÕs working relationship with Brad from ÒHOT SHOTSÓ just got a little more intimate. THURSDAY, NOV. 21 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EST) on ABC. RYAN GUZMAN, OLIVER STARK, KENNETH CHOI, AISHA HINDS, PETER KRAUSE

What to skip: 911

Thursdays aren’t too crowded, but there is a network to avoid for the week. It’s all about ABC. You see, ABC and CBS continued to bring reruns throughout the week, and that’s certainly the case on Thursday, June 12. There’s a three-hour rerun of 911 on ABC.

While this is great for those who have missed the episodes, it takes time away from shows like Transplant on NBC. So, instead of watching live, why not turn to Hulu where the entire eighth season is streaming?

What to watch: Underdogs

ABC is starting to pick up a bit of its summer schedule, though, and something to check out will air on Sunday night. Yes, there’s another episode of funny home videos, and after that, you’ll be able to watch Underdogs narrated by Ryan Reynolds.

This is a little like The Americas on NBC and Blue Planet on BBC. It follows footage of iconic animals, such as elephants and penguins, as they become outcasts of the animal kingdom. They get a second chance, as they probe, they have what it takes to survive.

Underdogs will air on both ABC and National Geographic on Sunday at 9/8c.

What to skip: Tracker

Finally, we have to mark a CBS rerun as a show to skip. To be honest, CBS has two to skip tonight, because straight after Tracker is Watson. But like with the 911 skip, this is because they’re reruns and you can watch these episodes anytime you want.

Remember that the episodes are on Paramount+. This is the perfect place to catch up, as you can do it all ad-free. You can also watch whichever episode you want, so if you missed one or there’s one with some clues that you want to check out, then focus on them before the shows return in the 2025–2026 TV season.
