Another week is here. Not only that, but a new month is here, and that means a few new shows joining the broadcast lineup. There’s plenty to look forward to from Nov. 3 to 9, 2025, and we have a way to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
It can be difficult to choose what to watch and what to skip — and then watch on streaming the following day. The good news is we look through all the important storylines and episodes to see what is more important each week.
What to watch: St. Denis Medical
After success on a Tuesday, the sophomore NBC comedy series St. Denis Medical is moving to Mondays. The first episode of the new season premieres on Monday, Nov. 3, and you will not want to miss out. This is the perfect series for fans of The Office or Parks and Recreation.
In the new episode, Alex is back from her vacation, and all she wants is to hold onto the vibes. Well, that’s not likely when it comes to this medical center!
St. Denis Medical airs on Monday at 8/7c on NBC. Keep in mind that there are two episodes airing back-to-back right now, so tune in for the whole hour.
What to skip: Name That Tune
If you’re watching something in a specific time slot, then you need to skip some shows. Name That Tune is the one on our list, as the series clashes with St. Denis Medical. While the show is a lot of fun, it’s one that you can easily catch up on the following day via Hulu.
In the new episode, it’s all about the Battle of the TV Hosts, as eight fabulous ex-wives compete for the cash. How fast can you name the tunes?
Name That Tune airs Monday at 8/7c on FOX and is on Hulu the following day.
What to watch: Murder in a Small Town
Tuesdays are all about crime, and the episode to check out this week has to be Murder in a Small Town. After taking a week off, Karl is back, and now he has a case that is going to be a little trickier than expected.
When there is a report of a bear attack, it does seem likely considering the woods. However, there are inconsistencies in witness and coroner reports, leading to Karl realizing that someone was murdered before the bear came along.
Murder in a Small Town airs on Tuesday at 8/7c on FOX.

What to watch: NCIS: Origins
Switch to CBS for the next hour of the night. NCIS: Origins will put some focus on Mike Franks, who has been struggling with finding out that his brother, Mason, is still alive. He’s been ignoring the calls, and now Mason has decided to pay a visit.
Philip Winchester will take on the role of Mike’s older brother, who is coming to town for help as he is facing bankruptcy. Will Mike even be able to help, even if he wants to?
NCIS: Origins airs on Tuesday at 9/8c on CBS.
What to skip: The Golden Bachelor
The final two women are getting their overnight dates with Mel in the latest episode of the Bachelor Nation series. We’ll get to see dune buggies, overcoming a fear of swimming, and much more.
However, something has to give, as Wednesdays are always packed nights. So, it’s this reality show, since you can easily catch up the following day on Hulu.
The Golden Bachelor airs Wednesday at 9/8c on ABC and streams on Hulu on Thursday.

What to watch: Chicago PD
Wednesdays are popular for One Chicago fans, and if you’re only going to pick one of the shows to watch live this week, make it Chicago PD. After not being in the episode last week, Torres is back, and he finds himself in the middle of a conspiracy.
He’s targeted by a man who seems to have escaped from prison. He is locked up for a crime he says he didn’t commit, and he needs Torres to prove that.
Chicago PD airs Wednesday at 10/9c on NBC.
What to skip: Wicked: One Wonderful Night
With Wicked: For Good out in theaters very soon, it’s not surprising that NBC is going all out. After all, NBC is owned by NBCUniversal, which is behind the movie. Well, Wicked: One Wonderful Night offers some performances and interviews from the likes of Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, and more.
While this is sure to be great for Wicked fans, there is so much happening on Thursday nights. So, this is something to skip and watch on Peacock the following day.
Wicked: One Wonderful Night airs on Thursday at 8/7c and is on Peacock on Friday.
What to watch: Ghosts
One of the shows you won’t want to miss live on Thursday night is Ghosts. The series brings Trevor back to front and center, as his daughter returns for the new episode. It’s all because of Trevor that she’s back.
It’s only natural that Trevor wants to see his daughter as much as possible. Well, he decides to get her a job at Jay’s restaurant, although it’s not all that clear if Jay has signed off on this. This is sure to highlight the fact that Trevor isn’t ready to move on, and he could sabotage his own growth for this.
Ghosts airs on Thursday at 8:30/7:30c on CBS.
What to watch: Stumble
If you’re in the mood for another fake docuseries comedy, then you’ll need to check out NBC’s new comedy series Stumble. The cheerleading comedy sees two cheer teams go head-to-head after a coach is fired for drinking with her team and the video goes viral.
As the fired coach finds a junior college that she can potentially train into championship status, she heads out. However, things aren’t going to be that simple. Can a group of misfits win?
Stumble airs on Friday at 8:30/7:30c on NBC.
