Spring has officially sprung, and if you like dating shows, Netflix has a bunch of good shows for you to watch right now.
Between February and April, Netflix is releasing new seasons of its biggest dating shows. Some of these you may have already watched, while some of the others might be new. I picked the four biggest dating reality shows to watch on Netflix this spring to make sure you don't miss out.
Obviously, I understand that not everyone likes every dating shows. The good news is Netflix has something for everyone, from those who like wholesome shows to those who like more spicy reality shows.
Let's get the list started with Love is Blind!

Love is Blind
- Seasons: 10
- Most recent season premiere: Feb. 11, 2026
- Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey
Love is Blind season 10 just finished its five-week run on Netflix with the reunion on March 11, and it was an incredible season. Honestly, this is one of the best seasons of Love is Blind in a long time, and it's almost exclusively because of how messy this season was. We haven't had this much mess in Love is Blind in a long time, but what made this season so good were the contestants. There were some really great stories.
I don't want to get into spoilers, but there are some love stories here, too, amid the drama. Love is Blind hasn't been officially renewed for season 11, but the season has already been filmed. It will likely be released on Netflix later this year.

Age of Attraction
- Seasons: 1
- Most recent season premiere: March 11, 2026
- Hosted by Nick Viall and Natalie Joy
Age of Attraction is the newest Netflix reality show to pick up steam! The series, which has a Love is Blind element, premiered on Netflix on March 11, the same day as the season 10 reunion.
Hosted by former star of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette Nick Viall and his wife, Natalie Joy, Age of Attraction brings together a group of singles who are looking for love at a fancy resort in Whistler, British Columbia. The catch is that they can't tell the people they are dating how old they are. Normally, that doesn't sound that interesting, but when you have a lot of older people who look young and younger people who look older, the couples must decide if a big age gap really makes a difference in a relationship.
New episodes of Age of Attraction have been added weekly since the premiere. The season officially comes to an end on Wednesday, March 25. However it goes, it looks like Netflix has another reality hit on their hands.

Love on the Spectrum
- Seasons: 3
- Season 4 premiere date: April 1, 2026
Love on the Spectrum is the most wholesome dating show on TV right now. The series returns for its fourth season on April 1. Fans from all over the world are ready to tune in and watch new and returning contestants on the autism spectrum date and try to find love.
In season 4, we're going to meet some new faces, but we're also going to catch up on the lives of Connor, Georgie, Madison, Tyler, Shelley, and James.
There are three seasons of Love on the Spectrum to watch on Netflix right now, in addition to the Australian version of the series.
Temptation Island
- Seasons: 1
- Season 2 premiere date: April 10, 2026
- Hosted by Mark L. Walberg
Temptation Island is back for its second season as a Netflix original series! As usual, four new couples with trust issues are about to put their relationships to the test in a social experiment that almost never works.
By now, you probably know the rules, but I'll share them for those who haven't watched. Basically, four couples who are about break things off for good throw a Hail Mary and compete on Temptation Island. In the experiment, the women from each couple go live in a mansion and go on dates with other dudes, while the men from each couple do the same with a bunch of women who are interested in them.
Then, the women and men have fireside chats with Mark L. Walberg, who shows them clips of their significant other dating the other people. At the end, the couples come back together to decide if they leave the island together, with another person they met, or single. It's truly wild!
If you like chaos and drama, Temptation Island is always a good pick to watch on Netflix. Unlike Love is Blind and Age of Attraction, you can watch all 10 episodes of Temptation Island season 2 on April 10.
Stay tuned for more new reality shows coming to Netflix!
