Netflix is getting more and more licensed content, and this means TV shows of the past are finding a new home. The latest is an ABC comedy that we loved for three seasons, and we certainly miss! It’s time to binge-watch it again!
It’s all about Suburgatory, starring Jane Levy and Jeremy Sisto. Sure, you’re used to seeing Sisto as Special Agent Jubal Valentine on FBI right now, but he has a great comedic side to him, and that’s something the ABC comedy series showed.
When will Suburgatory come to Netflix?
All three seasons of the ABC series will head to Netflix U.S. on Friday, Feb. 13. This is only for the U.S. side of the streamer for now, so you’ll want to check your own listings if you’re out of the country.
Of course, if you can’t wait for February, you can currently watch Suburgatory on Tubi and Roku’s Howdy TV. Both of these are free to stream, but you will need to watch with ads. At least with Netflix you can avoid the commercials and just enjoy!
All three seasons will join Netflix at once. There are 22 episodes in the first two seasons and then 13 episodes in the third and final season.

What is Suburgatory about?
The ABC series premiered in September 2011 and was inspired by Linda Keenan’s Suburgatory: Twisted Tales from Darkest Suburbia. For the longest time, suburban streets have come across as idyllic and peaceful, but we all know that there are always some strange goings on. The book looked into that, and the TV show was able to add a comedic slant.
Jane Levy stars as Tessa Altman, a teenager from New York City, who finds herself living the suburban life with her dad, George (Jeremy Sisto). He moves there after he finds a box of condoms in his teenage daughter’s room, believing that the city is to blame for all the bad. However, the father-daughter duo soon realizes that their upper-middle-class neighbors don’t quite gel with their city ways, and now they need to figure out the new layer of politics to survive.
Despite initially receiving praise, the series quickly lost his audience over the three seasons, leading to it being canceled. However, it’s still a lot of fun to watch, and this is the first time in a long time that it’s been available on a major streaming service, so make it clear to Netflix that it did the right thing!
Suburgatory streams on Netflix on Friday, Feb. 13.
