Temptation Island returns for season 2 on Netflix on Friday, April 10. We've just met four new couples who are interested in finding out if their relationships are going to work out in the long run by speeding up the process.
Now, we're going to find out in the next nine episodes if their relationships are strong enough to resist temptation. Will these couples decide to leave the island together, single, or with another contestant? That's what we are about to find out.
The Temptation Island season 2 couples are an interesting mix! Most of these couples have been dating for at least a year or more. We have one couple who has been dating since high school!
Most of the new contestants are in their mid-20s, but we have a few in their late 20s. Surprisingly, there are no contestants in their 30s, so this season skews a little bit younger than past seasons of the show. They are definitely younger, average age-wise, than the first season of the series on Netflix.
Jack and Shyanne

Jack and Shyanne are the couple who has been together the longest, but we find out early in the series that Jack cheated on Shyanne. Since then, they have reconnected and continued dating, but Shyanne has a lot of trust issues with Jack.
We'll see how it all plays out this season for them, but after watching a few episodes, I have some questions.
Mikey and Sydney

- Sydney age: 24
- Career: Aesthetician
- Located: Los Angeles
Mikey and Sydney are one of the newer couples this season. They've only been together for a year and a half, but it seems like they've known each other for longer than that. In the early part of the show, Sydney mentions that she is looking for someone who appreciates her and what she brings to the table while Mikey is trying to prove his loyalty to Sydney.
Cole and Scarlett

- Scarlett age: 29
- Career: Marketing business owner
- Located: San Diego, California
Scarlett and Cole are the oldest couple on the season by a few years. They've only been together for two years, but in their early interviews, they confess that they're looking for something more in their relationship than what they have. They live, work, gym, and do everything together, but there's also been some trust issues based on lies in the past.
Summit and Kaylee
- Summit age: 25
- Career: Fitness coach
- Located: New York City
- Kaylee age: 24
- Career: Fashion
- Located: New York City
From what I could gather in the first few episodes, we don't know or learn how long Summit and Kaylee have been together. Of the four couples, they do seem the strongest in that they are looking for something to challenge their relationship, but they don't appear to have any infidelity or trust issues causing problems.
As Summit described in the premiere, they are two different kinds of people. He's more adventurous, while she's more of a planner or a "realist," as he calls it.
