Love is Blind season 10 just ended and the reunion hasn’t even aired, but the show has already made history for a sad reason.
For the first time in the show’s 10-season run, one couple who got legally married on the show has already split up before the reunion.
There are spoilers ahead for the Love is Blind season 10 reunion. Proceed with caution if you’re interested in learning more. Before diving in, there’s a lot of speculation about whether this situation is a divorce or annulment. There are conflicting rumors, so I’ll just refer to it as a breakup because I don’t actually know if the marriage was annulled or divorce proceedings took place.

Amber and Jordan split up after getting married on the show
We’ve seen many, many couples break up on Love is Blind. We’ve seen others get married and break up later. This situation that we have in season 10, I believe, is a first in the show’s history.
Amber and Jordan were one of two couples on Love is Blind season 10 who got married at the altar. The other couple is Vic and Christine.
According to reports from Reality Steve, Amber and Jordan split up after getting married. Some outlets are reporting the couple was married for three months.
The Reality Receipts podcast claimed that the couple was going to say no at the altar and then changed their minds during the wedding. That has not been verified, but we could find that out in the Love is Blind season 10 reunion.
The timeline is a little tricky, but Love is Blind season 10 was filmed in Ohio last spring around this time. If the three-month timeline is true, that means the couple will have been separated for seven or eight months before the season premiered.
I’m not going to rank the shortest marriages in the show’s history, but there’s no doubt that the pair are now in that group, along with Jarrette and Iyana and Nick and Daniel of season 2 and Tyler and Ashley of season 7.
Regardless, I have a feeling there’s a lot of wounds still open or that have been re-opened lately. This is one of the most discussed seasons in the show’s history, and it looks like the finale is going to be quite heated.
In one scene, it appears that Amber storms off set during the reunion. Is that crafty editing? Does it really happen? We’re about to find out on Wednesday, March 11, during the season 10 reunion.
Either way, it's always sad when these situations happen. No matter how you feel about Love is Blind or reality TV in general, it's important to remember these are real people with real feelings. They have lives, friends, and family, and it's hard to watch these sensitive situations in the public, especially when some of these contestants haven't exactly represented themselves truthfully. I don't know if that's what happened in this situation, but there are definitely some contestants on this season who fall into that category.
