The Bachelor is all about finding the one that you can spend the rest of your life with. Each season, one handsome single guy enters a mansion full of ambitious, beautiful, and sometimes scheming contestants, all hoping to capture his heart. From dreamy one-on-one dates to chaotic group challenges, tearful confrontations, and shocking eliminations, each episode builds up to the moment when he must choose the woman he believes is his true love.
In The Bachelor season 28, Joey Graziadei faced the ultimate romantic journey, as he connected with a group of talented and determined women in hopes of finding the love of his life. In the end, he found his perfect match in Kelsey Anderson, overcoming the season’s drama to propose and start a new chapter together.

You know how some Bachelor couples get engaged on the show and then split shortly after? Yes, I'm talking about you, Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa. This isn't the case for Graziadei and Anderson. It's been over a year since The Bachelor season 28 ended its run on ABC, and the engaged couple is still going strong. In fact, they're currently taking the next steps toward their future together, diving into wedding planning and sharing updates about their big day.
In a new interview with People, Graziadei and Anderson teased that the wedding is coming soon and that they're making exciting progress with the planning. But they’re keeping most of the details private for now, not ready to reveal the exact date or all the specifics. However, what they were prepared to share with the world is their wedding non-negotiables.
"Things are coming. I feel like we always get a little scared to give too much away, but planning is coming along, and we've got some things coming in the future. When we're ready to announce exactly when we definitely will. But yeah, it's definitely starting to take bigger steps, and we're excited about that." - Joey Graziadei
Graziadei told People that his non-negotiable is making sure Kelsey is happy. Whatever she wants for the wedding will guide the decisions. He admitted that they both hadn’t spent much time thinking about weddings before, so planning is a new and fun experience they’re figuring out as a couple. But here's when things get a little disappointing for Bachelor Nation fans.
Unlike some reality TV couples, Graziadei and Anderson have decided not to have their wedding broadcast live on TV. They want it to be private and intimate. Grazidei believes that by keeping it off-air, he and Anderson have more freedom to plan the wedding the way they want, on their own timeline, without outside pressures. Anderson shared that while they’ll post small glimpses of their wedding on social media so fans can feel included, the main focus is on celebrating for themselves, not for the cameras.
"This will be for us. We'll show little glimpses for sure through social media and everything, so people [will feel] like they're a part of it, but I think that we just want it to be for us." - Kelsey Anderson
Honestly, I support their decision completely. After sharing so much of their love story with the world on The Bachelor, it makes sense that they’d want this milestone to be just for them. A private, intimate wedding allows them to focus on what truly matters, which is their relationship, while still giving fans a peek without turning the entire day into a televised spectacle.
