Destination X season 1, episode 3 went from eight to nine, despite there being an elimination. Yes, two more contestants have joined the game, and it’s sure to set up some tension.

The eight remaining contestants after Jonah's exit in episode 2 headed out on another adventure, figuring out the clues to their new location. Once again, they spent no time in the actual city they were supposed to be in, and as usual, we got told a few more details to figure out the location before the contestants.
Where was X in Destination X season 1, episode 3?
There were a lot of clear clues in the challenges of the episode, especially with one of the locations. With clear French architecture, a game of croquet, and French pastries, the location was clear. Even the maze made it clear for Tia and Shayne, considering they were first to every checkpoint.
Yes, the challengers were in Paris, France, and three out of four who went to the Map Room got it right. Only one got it wrong, and that was the one we said goodbye to. The question now is whether Tia purposely threw her competition off, or whether she also genuinely thought that they were in Cannes, France, rather than Paris.
Who was eliminated from Destination X episode 3?
Rachel, Biggy, Mack, and Rick headed into the Map Room after Tia decided to save Shayne and Shayne decided to send Rick. It’s clear that Rick is the one who won’t get to align with anyone, but he does have a secret weapon in the use of birds. He’s also traveled a little more than some of the others, and so far, he’s been right with his guesses.
Rick, Mack, and Biggy all chose Paris as their destination. Rachel followed the advice of Tia and chose Cannes, putting her miles away from the real destination. As she was the one furthest away, she went home, ending her journey and her chance to win a life-changing amount of money that would help her go on an IVF journey with her husband.
However, the bus isn’t down to seven people. It’s back up to nine, with the arrival of two new contestants, The Bachelor’s Peter Weber and Love Island’s JaNa Craig.
Peter met Shayne, and Tia met JaNa during the maze challenge earlier in the episode, and we knew that the two would eventually join Destination X as contestants; however, Tia is making it clear that she’s lying. While Shayne and Peter were upfront about seeing each other in the maze challenge, Tia decided to act like she’d never met JaNa before. This has told JaNa that she can’t trust Tia, and eventually, this secret is sure to come out.
