It's been an emotional few weeks in the Big Brother house and tensions are high. Back to back, the evictions of Zach and Rylie have inspired some tears and game-changing alliance flips that no one could have seen coming. Rachel's Head of Household reign sure reminded the house of newbies that they should always expect the unexpected and not play scared.

But avid watchers of the Big Brother live feeds have seemingly caught one particular houseguest playing scared and breaking a well-known rule in the house. According to a post shared on social media, Big Brother 27 houseguest Lauren Domingue has been frequently covering her microphone and whispering in her fellow houseguests' ears in order to be unheard by the public.

Outside of the front-facing rules of the game, other rules that the houseguests must follow inside the house have become notable by superfans. The houseguests must wear their mic packs at all times (when not swimming, showering, or sleeping), they can't whisper (to a certain extent, of course), and they aren't allowed to cover their microphone. A video shows Lauren doing two of those things.

Lauren broke a major Big Brother rule

In the video from the Big Brother live feeds going around social media, Lauren can be seen speaking with current Head of Household Vince in the storage room. Sarcastically, he says, "Oh, no, your mic fell" to Lauren before leaning in for her to whisper in his ear. She appears to cover her microphone with the towel draped over her arm before cupping her hands to his ear.

When she whispers in his ear, she speaks so softly that even Vince doesn't understand what she says and asks her to repeat her comment. After he understands what she said, Lauren quips, "I think I censor myself too much," and Vince responds, "You do, that's not that bad." Clearly, it's a comment about someone or something that she didn't want live feeders and others to hear, but it's indecipherable. No one but Lauren and Vince will ever know what she said.

It's unclear whether production gave her a warning over the house loud speakers to not obstruct her microphone or to stop whispering, but fans have still criticized the houseguest for breaking this rule. One fan wrote, in a post that's gained over 2.1K likes and counting, "Lauren loves to cover that mic and whisper in people’s ears. Should be grounds for an auto-eviction if you ask me." Ouch!

More fans reacted to the live feeds moment, stating that they believe Lauren she be given a penalty nomination, though depending on the frequency of hte infractions, that might be too severe. If anything, the broken rule would result in a penalty vote against her should she ever be on the block. Big Brother producers seemingly haven't taken action yet, but that hasn't stopped fans from being frustrated and calling for her removal. Again, that's probably way too much for this instance.

Big Brother airs new episodes Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on CBS.
