After taking home second place against winner Ashley Hollis in the Big Brother season 27 finale, Vince Panaro has broken his silence on one of the most controversial topics of the season. As Vince became closer to fellow houseguest and ally Morgan Pope, others questioned his relationship outside of the house with girlfriend Kelsey. Finally, he's speaking out.

In a YouTube video uploaded to his channel on Oct. 20, Vince addressed a number of topics around his thoughts on his time on Big Brother 27. However, he answered the question that was on the minds of a lot of fans: Are he and Kelsey still together? Vince explains in the video that he and his girlfriend are currently taking a break from their relationship to "process everything individually."

“Kelsey and I have talked everything out. We have talked about everything and anything possible, and we’re currently taking time to process everything individually, and you know, figure out what things look like after that," he said in the video. "She was there to — first, above everything else — make sure that I was okay mentally coming out of there, knowing the backlash that I was gonna be receiving."

Big Brother 27 stars Vince and Morgan give updates on where their friendship stands

Vince stated that although Kelsey, who he had been with for seven years prior to appearing on Big Brother, was there for him after the show, she also knew that she deserved to take time for herself after the experience. He also admitted fault for what happened, "The fact of the matter is that I was in a relationship entering that house... so that’s all on me. And I understand the way that it looked."

In the video, Vince spoke about his friendship with Morgan and how the "lines started to blur" in a way that he admits he somehow couldn't see while in the thick of playing the game. It's an interesting perspective to consider, especially since CBS aired a segment of Vince and Morgan in the Head of Household bed speaking, in so many words, about their feelings for each other.

Meanwhile, Morgan has also spoken out about her feelings about the situation with Vince during one of her livestreams on Twitch. She shared with her viewers that she hasn't had any contact with Vince since Big Brother ended in September even though she recently was in his neck of the woods for a convention. She expressed that the feelings could make her "pissed off" and "sad."

"If I wake up every day and sulk over the fact that, like, Vince and I haven't spoken, I'm just gonna drown myself in feelings of, like, confusion and questions. That doesn't make sense to me, it doesn't make sense to do that. I'm just gonna literally make myself pissed off or sad. Instead, it's like, okay, it is what it is," she said on her Twitch stream.

All in all, it's an unfortunate situation for all parties involved, and even though fans have been weighing in with their opinions on what both Vince and Morgan have said so far, it's a private matter. It's unclear if Vince intends to release more videos on his YouTube channel or if the 10-minute BB27 reflection was a one-off response to fans. We'll have to see how this saga continues to unfold.
