We are entering the back half of season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise. There will not be any more new arrivals, but there is plenty of drama with the existing couples!

The latest episode featured plenty of gossip, “bro code” tattling, semi-secretive meetings, the works.

This episode also brought up some interesting questions. If you know something about a friend’s relationship, are you obligated to tell them? What exactly is covered under the “bro code?” Is going to sleep the best way to resolve a fight?

Let’s get to the best and worst moments of episode 7!

BAILEY, JESSE PALMER, BRIAN
BACHELOR IN PARADISE - “1007” - After last week’s reveal, Jesse announces the “Secret Rendezvous” challenge, letting individuals discover who they’re most compatible with outside of their couples. As connections deepen, Jeremy’s call to Susie comes to light, leaving Bailey reeling. MONDAY, AUG. 11 (8:00-10:02 p.m. EDT) on ABC. BAILEY, JESSE PALMER, BRIAN | (Disney/Bahareh Ritter)

Worst moment: The Brian, Parisa, Bailey drama

To give some background, Brian and Bailey are meeting up so Brian can tell her about Jeremy calling Susie (when Bailey went on a date with Andrew). Brian wants to tell Bailey this, but Parisa doesn’t know why they’re meeting up.

As Bailey preps to go on the meeting, Parisa directly asks her if Brian is the one she’s meeting.

For some unbeknownst reason, Bailey does NOT tell Parisa that Brian was the one who asked her. So it automatically looks way worse than it is! Why wouldn’t she just tell Parisa this right away? It looks way worse to keep it hidden.

Shocker, the worst moment comes from something involving Brian and Parisa again. Except this time, Bailey bears some of the responsibility for catapulting this into “worst moment” territory!

Parisa then goes on to immediately tell Alex about the situation: that Brian is telling Bailey what Jeremy did. This makes the situation spiral even more out of control! To add insult to injury, Brian then tells Bailey that half the beach knew about the situation and were upset that Brian outed them. Oh no.

ALEXE, JEREMY

Best moment: Jeremy goes to sleep

Alright, so this was pretty funny.

Bailey confronts Jeremy about his call to Susie, and complains that she was the last to know about the whole situation. Jeremy apologizes, says he changed his mind, and tries to calm her down. It doesn’t quite work, so Bailey begins to pack her bags.

Jeremy then drops the line, “Whatever. I’m going back to sleep.”

Hahaha. This was quite cold, but I loved that Jeremy was almost left with no other choice other than just going back to sleep. I also love that he didn’t care how this line would come across on television, and just threw it out there anyway.

When you’re caught in the crosshairs of Paradise, sometimes there’s just nothing else to be done.  Eventually, Bailey does forgive Jeremy for the whole debacle, so I guess it was the right move!
