It can be difficult to remember everything that is going to air throughout the week. The broadcast networks have something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for scripted drama, a light-hearted comedy, or an unscripted competition series. The good news is that we’re here to help, going through the full week of listings to find what to watch and what to skip.

Our week is going to start with Mondays, so we’re looking at anything airing between Monday, May 5 and Sunday, May 11. It’s across the Big 5 networks only, but there’s plenty to check out with all of those networks!

What to watch: The Neighborhood

The comedy fans will want to check out The Neighborhood on Monday, May 5. It’s a one-hour season finale, which was set to be a backdoor pilot for the spin-off series. Sadly, the spin-off now isn’t happening, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth checking out the final two episodes of The Neighborhood season 7.

In some good news, this comedy series has been renewed for another season. It’s an eighth and final season, giving the series time to wrap up.

The Neighborhood airs on Monday, May 5 at 8/7c on CBS.

Irreconcilable Differences
“Irreconcilable Differences” – McGee’s career and credibility are on the line when he investigates the deputy director for corruption. Also, Torres and Knight receive some surprising news, on the CBS Original series NCIS, Monday, April 28 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. What to watch: NCIS

Stick with CBS on Monday night for the NCIS season 22 finale. This episode is set to be a big one, with Wilmer Valderrama warning us that there is a big death that’s set to happen that will shake things up. There have been a lot of deaths on TV this year, and we’re not ready to lose one of the NCIS team members!

This is also an episode that will focus on Parker’s arch-nemesis, Carla Marino, a mob boss who ends up connected to the Nexus cartel and some stolen nuclear material. It feels like just a normal day at the office in a way, then!

NCIS airs on Monday, May 5 at 9/8c on CBS.

Manhunt
“Manhunt” - When the team’s sex trafficking sting operation goes sideways, the team races to recover a human trafficking victim. What to skip: FBI

Look, all three FBI shows are excellent, but they’re the ones that you’ll get away with skipping. The flagship series especially, is a safe one to skip for now, as the finale won’t air for another couple of weeks. On top of that, it’s already safely renewed for another two seasons after this one.

You can stream FBI on Paramount+ the day after episodes air. I do highly recommend watching the new episode when you can, though, as we get to see Maggie make a major choice in her personal life, as it looks like she is being more career focused again.

RAMîN RODRIGUEZ
WILL TRENT - ÒPush, Jump, FallÓ - Will and Faith fight to clear an innocent womanÕs name while uncovering a deadly drug ring. Meanwhile, Angie spirals after a traumatic event, and Ormewood grapples with his diagnosis, unsure of how much to share with those closest to him. TUESDAY, APRIL 29 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EDT) on ABC. (Disney/Wilford Harewood) RAMîN RODRIGUEZ

What to watch: Will Trent

The newest episode of Will Trent isn’t a big special one, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth watching! In fact, this is a big one for Ormewood, as he struggles to deal with his diagnosis. It’s a huge blow for him, especially as he tries to get his life back in order.

Meanwhile, Will has to deal with local law enforcement who simply don’t want him there. It’s a murder in a small town, and we all know what these places are like. However, he gets more information about his past, which is sure to throw a spanner in the works.

Will Trent airs on Tuesday, May 6 at 8/7c on ABC.

One of the great things about the finale is that the final contestants are also unmasked. There have been some great performers, but we’re ready to see if we guessed the clues right.

The Masked Singer airs Wednesday, May 7 at 8/7c on FOX.

What to skip: Grey’s Anatomy

Like with FBI, the series isn’t airing its finale just yet. That comes next week. So, this week, you’re safe skipping the TGIT show and watching it on Hulu the following day. Yes, that’s where it streams.

This episode will see Jo and Link’s wedding day catch up to them. This is what you get for deciding that you’re willing to get married in four days! Lucas and Simone will also clash on a patient, which could rock their relationship again.

The Devil Went Down to Woodstone

Mary Holland (Patience), Punam Patel (Bela) and Matt Walsh (Elias Woodstone) return

What to watch: Ghosts

The next series to put on your list to watch this week is Ghosts. Like the previous CBS shows, this one is a season finale, and it’s set to bring us a reading of Sam and Isaac’s vampire book. Of course, that brings more people into Woodstone Manor, and we know Patience is going to be there, so maybe they’ll do something that she doesn’t like that leads to blood on the walls again.

Elias Woodstone is also back. The last we saw of him, he was trying to collect souls for Hell, and nearly had Jay. Will he get it this time?

Ghosts airs on Thursday, May 8 at 8:30/7:30c on CBS.

What to watch: Elsbeth

Stick with CBS for shows to watch on Thursday night! It’s all about the Elsbeth season 2 finale, which is something we’ve been looking forward to for some time. This episode will feature a bunch of guest stars from episodes past, as Elsbeth finds herself locked behind bars.

This is a musical episode as well, which is set to be entertaining with some of the stars, like Rhetta, who are part of the story. We’re also set to say goodbye to a character as a series regular, but we’re sure to see her around again in Elsbeth season 3.

Elsbeth airs on Thursday, May 8 at 9/8c on CBS.

High Ground
“High Ground” – During a hiking trip, Powell and Gamble stumble upon an illegal weed farm and find themselves taking on a dangerous cartel, on S.W.A.T., Friday, Feb. 28 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. What to skip: SWAT

The finale is going to be here before you know it, but with so much to watch throughout the week, SWAT is a show that you’ll get away with skipping. After all, the warmer weather is here, and you want to relax in it on a Friday night! Episodes air on Paramount+ the following day.

This is a series you’ll want to see out strong, though, so make sure you plan on watching it next week. It has moved to the earlier time of 9/8c on CBS since Fire Country wrapped up its season a couple of weeks ago.

The Camgirl Inquiry

Is it possible that not giving Moriarty their DNA has led to them all suffering in ways that they shouldn’t? They will all need to get to the bottom of it before it’s too late.

Meanwhile, Watson has a new idea for a venture. Is it possible that he’ll turn more into detective work as the second season starts up, or will he want to work deeper into the mysterious cases out there?

Watson airs on Sunday, May 11 at 9/8c on CBS.
