The 2025 Georgia Boot 4-H Trailblazer Contest is an exciting opportunity for dedicated 4-H members to showcase their project journeys and achievements. It’s an annual contest, sponsored by Georgia Boot in collaboration with 4-H, that aims to recognize and reward young individuals who demonstrate passion, leadership, and commitment within their 4-H communities.
The contest began on February 12, 2025, and invites 4-H members aged 12 to 18 to apply by sharing their 4-H experiences and project plans. The story can be anything related to their work in 4H, and the application leaves plenty of space to talk about accomplishments, leadership skills, and future project plans.
Applicants will also need a short video introduction, and you will need to include a photo depicting the child’s involvement in a 4-H activity.
All applications must be submitted by March 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
To be eligible, applicants must be current 4-H members within the specified age range and legal residents of the United States. Participants under 18 will need parental consent.
Prizes
Georgia Boot will select five winners based on the quality and depth of their applications. Each winner will receive a prize package valued at $800 that will include:
- Two pairs of Georgia Boots
· A $350 gift card to a qualifying farm and ranch or hardware store
· Georgia Boot and 4-H merchandise
Winners will also need to collaborate with Georgia Boot and 4-H by providing four video or photo updates throughout their project journey, allowing them to share their progress and experiences with a broader audience.
How to apply
Interested 4-H members can access the application form on the official Georgia Boot website. The form requires detailed responses to questions about the applicant’s 4-H journey and a short video introduction. It’s essential to ensure that all submissions are complete and submitted before the March 16 deadline.
