Prime Day finally arrives on October 8th and 9th, and it provides a great opportunity to get your hands on some great tech, either for yourself or as a holiday gift for someone else. It’s a great way to get some of your holiday shopping out of the way, so keep reading to learn some of the items that are going to be on sale.

What is Prime Day?

Prime Day is an annual event that occurs twice a year. The main event occurs in July, but there is always a second event that they like to call “Prime Big Deal Days,” which happens in October. This year, it will take place on October 8 and 9, which are Tuesday and Wednesday. The event features massive discounts across a variety of product categories, including tech, home goods, and fashion, with a particular focus on Amazon’s own devices like Echo, Kindle, and Fire TV. However, you’ll need to be a Prime member to take advantage of the sales.
